IMPORT DUTIES
Additionally, please note that import duties may be charged from time to time by the importing country's customs based on the country's policies regarding tea import. Whether or not this will be charged for any given order is not predictable because this is regulated by the specific country's government, which is beyond our control. In case any duty is levied at time of import, the same will need to be borne by the purchaser. We will not be liable for reimbursement of any kind in such circumstances.

DISPATCH TIMELINE
We ship all retail orders by the next working day through air courier. However, under exceptional circumstances it can take upto 3 working days for order processing. Delivery in India via air shipping generally takes between 3-7 days after dispatch, depending upon the destination.
